We can a provide store credit, refund, or exchange for another product where the products being returned meet the following conditions:
- Applies to all PRO Series Standing Desks and Accessories only.
- The 100 Day period begins from the day that your desk or accessory is delivered or picked-up.
- The products cannot be damaged or modified* and must be returned in the original packaging materials (protective cardboard packers and plastic bags).
- Only valid for the original purchaser.
- Only valid for online sales via updowndesk.com.au.
- Refunds apply to the cost of the products only. Installation fees and original shipping cost (if applicable) will not be refunded.
- Does not apply to custom products.
- Does not apply to orders totalling 3 or more desks.
Collection Process
- Please include your order number and name and we will get back to you to confirm collection details.
- Please pack your product(s) back in its original packaging.
- We will send you return labels that will need to be printed and attached to the packaging.
- Once we have received your items, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival, is missing parts or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible at our expense.

Custom Desktops & Chairs
As custom desktops and chairs are specifically made to order for you, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on them. However, if there is a defect, it is covered under the warranty.
