NB: The desktop does not have holes pre-drilled. This is due to the adjustable width of the frame. We recommend the use of a drill for installation.

All of our standing desks are covered by our 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy, simply return your desk to our warehouse in Preston (Victoria), and we will refund you the purchase price of your desk. Your desk must be returned to us in the original packaging and be free of damage. Please contact us via email to get our warehouse address if you wish to return your desk.
UpDown Desk standing desks have a five year warranty. The warranty covers all components of the desk, including the electronics and motor, and the desktop.

All of our orders are delivered by TNT. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been booked in for dispatch. All of our deliveries have "authority to leave", so we encourage you to keep an eye on your tracking number if you may not be home to receive your delivery. If you have any special instructions for your delivery, please leave them in the note box at checkout and we will do our best to pass these on to TNT.

INSTALLATION

Installation of your bamboo standing desk is very easy. The frame will take you about 25 minutes to set up. All of the tools required for this are included in the box.
When it comes time to attach you bamboo top to the frame, simply use the screws we have provided and drill them straight into the desktop. The whole process should only take you 30 minutes. |
